- Piazza Venezia, Imperial Fora, Colosseum (exterior).

Day 5 | September 26 - Major Basilicas and Holy Stairs
- Visits: St. Mary Major, St. John Lateran.
- Prayerful ascent up the Holy Stairs.
- Participation in the Jubilee of Catechists.
Day 6 | September 27 - Basilica of San Lorenzo and Baroque Rome
- Mass of the Eucharist at San Lorenzo in Lucina.
- Tour: Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Pantheon, Piazza Navona.
- Jubilee Catechesis at the Vatican.
Day 7 | September 28 - Pope's Angelus & Free Day
- Participation in the Angelus with the Pope.
- Free day in Rome.
Day 8 | September 29 - San Giovanni Rotondo
- Transfer to the Sanctuary of Padre Pio.
Day 9 | September 30 - Monte Sant'Angelo and Pietrelcina
- Grotto of St. Michael the Archangel.
- Visit to Padre Pio's birthplace.
Day 10 | October 1 - Lanciano & Loreto
- Visit to the Eucharistic miracle in Lanciano.
- Sanctuary of Loreto and the Holy House.
